There are certain conditions and procedures for cancellation of order and refund. Conditions under which order could be cancelled:
A. Condition for Cancellation
· Unavailability of product due to empty of stock or due to delay arrival of products to us by our suppliers at the appropriate time because of rare circumstances.
· Products will only be listed on cancelled category unless you cancel the order through a proper logistic provided by us before 24 hours otherwise you will be charged some amount on account of delivery purpose.
B. Condition for Returns
. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Sryngar packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
C. Procedures involved in cancellation/return of the product
·Sign in to your Sryngar Account, select My Orders.
·Select the order you wish to return or cancel and click on the Manage Order button.
·Click on Return/cancel items.
·Fill in the Return/cancel Form. The available return options (pickup/drop-off) will be displayed in this form.
·Pack your Sryngar parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging as delivered to you and secure the Return Label on top of the return package.
·Head to your nearest drop-off point or wait for collection by our pick-up service.
